Paving Stone Orders & Contributions

The Northfield Area Veterans Memorial project has been funded in-part through the purchase of engraved paving stones honoring veterans from all branches of the military who served in the Civil War to the present. Generous contributions from individuals, service clubs and organizations, non-profit organizations, philanthropic foundations, and a wide range of companies have also provided vital funding. Without this broad-based community support, the project would not have been possible.

The Memorial still has a need for additional support to ensure future maintenance of the Memorial. Contributions are welcome.

The Northfield Area Veterans Memorial is a living tribute to our nation’s veterans. The Memorial has been designed to allow for the addition of engraved paving stones honoring current and future veterans, as well as additional stones honoring past veterans. It will never be too late to honor a friend, a loved one, or to commemorate your own service.

As a general rule, stones purchased between January 2 and August 1 are laid in the fall, on or before Veterans Day, and stones purchased between August 2 and January 1 are laid in the spring, on or before Memorial Day.
